Started in 2006, Orleans Square is a multi-use development in Northeast Houston, one of the fastest growth corridors in the greater Houston area. The site totals 28 acres and is segmented into two phases. Phase I of the development is complete and consists of 8.08 acres with 80 thousand square feet of restaurant/retail space. Phase II breaks ground in the Fall 2008. The property is within ΒΌ mile of the new Atascocita High School. The design and architectural team have created a two story, steel framed, brick exterior design in the spirit of New Orleans.

Atascocita, located North and South of FM 1960 about 6 miles East of Humble and 18 miles northeast of downtown Houston. The median resident age is 36 years with an average household income of $92,814 and a population of 83,100. Atascocita is anticipating rapid growth over a five to eight year period. Future housing developments are growing at a rapid rate with approximately three subdivisions, averaging 700 homes per subdivision, being built by 2009.
